Enjoy homemade fudge, candy, and chocolates at this place in southern Vermont.
The Village Peddler and Chocolatorium are located in the historic town of Arlington, Vermont, off US Highway 7. Situated in a beautifully restored old barn, this Chocolatorium is run by the Monte family. They make and sell mouthwatering fudge, chocolates, maple candies, cheddar cheese, truffles, jams, and other homemade delicacies. They host regular tastings, workshops, and chocolate demonstrations for all visitors. Check out their website to view their events schedule.
Self-guided chocolate tastings can be reserved online (reservations are required). Please note that groups of up to 10 people are allowed on these 45-minute chocolate tasting experiences. Even if you have limited time, stop by to purchase some of Vermont's best chocolates and treats. Snap a photo next to Cocoa, the world's largest chocolate teddy bear, before you leave. Anyone with a sweet tooth should take the time to visit the Village Peddler and Chocolatorium while traveling through Vermont.
