The Strong National Museum of Play is located in the heart of Rochester, New York. This museum is dedicated to the history and exploration of play and features 100,000 square feet of interactive exhibit space. Permanent exhibits include the skyline climb ropes course, toys hall of fame, butterfly garden, reading adventureland, pinball playfields, and more. This museum is open Saturday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
General admission is $19 per person, and children up to two can enter for free. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while inside the museum. Guests can purchase tickets online or in person. If you're visiting on a Monday night, seniors (ages 55+) have free admission to the Strong National Museum of Play. Everyone parking at the garage has free parking for the first 30 minutes, and daily parking rates are $5.
