Have a fun time at the Seneca Park Zoo in New York.
Seneca Park Zoo is located near the Genesee River in northern Rochester, New York. It features lots of exotic animals, including elephants, lions, tigers, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, red pandas, polar bears, and more. Reptile fans can see various pythons, geckos, lizards, and turtles on the southwestern side of the zoo across from the conference center and restrooms. Continue heading north from the reptile area to see the sea lions, polar bears, and penguins at the Rocky Coasts exhibit. If you're looking for a bite to eat, there are concession stands and cafes at the northernmost section of the zoo near the African animals.
Look no further for a great family-friendly attraction in Rochester, New York; this upstate New York zoo is open year-round. From April to October, hours are 10 am to 5 pm, and from 10 am to 4 pm during the off-season. General admission tickets are around $10 per person. Annual special events include Zoobrew in the summer, Zooboo in October, and Breakfast with Santa in the winter.
