The Otter Crest State Scenic Viewpoint is located in Otter Rock, Oregon. This viewpoint is 500 feet above the Pacific Ocean and is an excellent spot for whale watching. There is also a white sandy beach to the south where you can enjoy a nice stroll with your friends and family. Along with the ocean views, you can get a glimpse of Devils Punchbowl from this place. Visitors are also welcome to stop at the Lookout Observatory and Gift Shop nearby for souvenirs.
