This Hawaii state park is the absolute epitome of Hawaiian nature at its finest. The Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park on the island of Kauai. "Pali" stands for cliffs, and you will see a great deal of those here. Guests enjoy plentiful hiking trails, camping sites, waterfalls, and surfing while they are here. The rugged cliffs at Na Pali Coast stretch for 16 miles, providing incredible photo opportunities.
One of the top trails within the Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park is Kalalau Trail. The Kalalau Trail guides you alongside the pristine Hawaiian coastline for 11 miles. This hiking trail leads through five different valleys and ends at the beach. Hanakoa Valley is a good stopping point and is also great for camping. Please note that camping permits are required and these are available for purchase up to 30 days in advance. Hands down, the Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park is an unforgettable and scenic place to see in Hawaii.
