A hike featuring a large suspension bridge overlooking the falls.
On the East side of Lincoln City, Oregon, you will find a large suspension bridge constructed specifically for the Drift Creek Falls hike. The trail descends through the Siuslaw National Forest and arrives at the bridge overlooking the 66-foot tall Drift Creek Falls. Climbing back up the switchbacks, you will reach an elevation of nearly 500-feet.
Though steep in some places, the trail is relatively wide, making it an inviting option for large groups and pet owners. It is an easy to intermediate level hike. Look for the sign marking trail number 1378, and you will be on the right track. There is a $5 parking fee per vehicle, and the busiest time visitors come is during the summer months.
