The Cosmosphere features state-of-the-art technology and is located in Hutchinson, Kansas, just 50 miles away from Wichita. It is open Sunday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. Cosmosphere is home to unique exhibits and galleries, including artifacts from world wars, space travel, the first astronauts, and more. Other attractions include the dome theater featuring documentary films, the Justice Planetarium, the Hall of Space Museum, and the Cosmo Kids play area.
Kids and families can engage in specially designed educational play areas focusing on STEM exploration at the Cosmosphere. Additionally, there are laboratory interactive shows which are 45 minutes long. The All-Access mission pass includes all attractions for the best overall price. Please plan for at least four hours to get the most out of your visit, especially with an All-Access pass. These tickets cost $26.50 per adult, $23.50 for seniors (60+) and military, $17.50 for kids (4-12), and free for anyone ages 0 to 3.
