The Martin Park Nature Center is located off of Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City. This 140-acre park features 2.5-miles of walking trails and a nature center that has interactive exhibits teaching about the native wildlife within Oklahoma. A watchtower and bird observation wall make it easy for guests of all ages to enjoy bird watching at the park. Feel free to bring a light lunch and enjoy a picnic if you plan to spend the day here.
Animals you may see include deer, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, beavers, armadillos, and more. If you want to reconnect with nature, the Martin Park Nature Center is a great place to visit. Hours are 5 am to 9 pm during the spring and summer and 5 am to 6 pm during the off-season. Be sure to see this place the next time you're in Oklahoma City.
