The Butterfly Pavilion is located about halfway between Denver and Boulder, Colorado. This place offers hands-on learning and features several exhibits where guests of all ages can learn about butterflies and myriad other invertebrate creatures. The Butterfly Pavilion encompasses 11-acres and features live creatures such as ladybugs, praying mantis, tarantulas, ants, and countless others. Anyone that loves watching bugs crawl around will enjoy spending time here.
Personal photography of the grounds and interior of the Butterfly Pavilion is allowed. This attraction is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, with the last entry of the day at 4:15 pm. General admission rates are $14.50 for adults, $12.50 for seniors (65+), $9.50 for children (2-12), and free for toddlers under 2. Explore the only stand-alone non-profit invertebrate zoo in the world at the Butterfly Pavilion in Colorado.
