Visit Buffalo Bill's grave and learn about this western icon.
The Buffalo Bill Museum is located just west of Denver, Colorado. Visitors will learn all about William F. Cody, known to many as "Buffalo Bill," and be able to see his grave here. They have several permanent exhibits, plus a rotating exhibit on display, allowing guests to see something new every time they come. Buffalo Bill's career gained traction when he was just 26 and continued for many years, and his Wild West Show provided entertainment for all ages.
Admission to this museum is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors (65+), $1 for children, and free for children ages 0 to 5. Parking is free, and the lot can accommodate buses and trailers. Please note that photography is encouraged, so feel free to snap photos on your phone during your visit. Everyone can explore the museum at their own pace, and most people spend at least half an hour inside the museum and about 15 minutes outside at the grave. There are picnic tables just outside the museum, available for all guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Before you leave, stop by the observation deck to see the incredible panoramic views.
