Enjoy Kentucky's first State Park, which opened in 1924.
Pine Mountain State Resort Park has a Mall, a Museum, a National Park, and a Water Park within 30 minutes or less from the resort. Besides the on-site restaurant, there are many places to dine within an 11-minute drive from the park. If needed, an Outdoor Theater is available to rent for weddings, meetings, large gatherings, or other events.
The swimming pool is for guests only and is open from 9 am to 9 pm. Enjoy a game of golf at Wasioto Winds 18 hole golf course on the property. Visitors also enjoy miles of self-guided hiking trails, miniature golf (open seasonally), many picnic areas, and a restaurant open daily from 7 am - 9 pm. The gift shop has Kentucky made candy and jelly to purchase. Other fun items are available for purchase in the Lodge lobby.
The Lodge (Herdon J. Evans Lodge) has 30 rooms and private patios and is open year-round. You can also stay in the Cottages, which have 1 or 2 bedrooms with porches and decks. If you want a rustic experience, the Cabins have stone fireplaces and private decks. All of their lodging options have beautiful views. The Pine Mountain State Resort Park is a beautiful park with great accommodations and much to see and do.
