Lower Falls is located north of the Albany Covered Bridge along the Kancamagus Highway in New Hampshire. This waterfall is a popular attraction for locals and visitors alike. Hiking and swimming are the main activities people do at the Lower Falls. Hikers of all ages are welcome to explore the easy 1.8-mile out-and-back trail during their visit. Lower Falls features large, smooth rocks that act as a natural waterslide, making it a fun (and often busy) place to swim in the summertime. If you have little ones, you can let them swim in the calmer swimming hole area.
