Journey back in time on a classic train ride through scenic New Hampshire.
Ride on a classic train with your friends and family at New Hampshire's Conway Scenic Railroad. Guests can choose from three passenger trains, the Mountaineer, Conway Valley, or Bartlett Valley. Excursions last from about an hour on average, but the Mountaineer train takes about 5 hours round-trip. Please give yourself plenty of time before your boarding time to park and get ready to ride the train.
The Russian Revival architectural style is prominent when looking at the historic railroad station. It was built in 1874 and has been the headquarters of the Conway Scenic Railroad since 1974. Train schedules vary, but they usually operate from May to November. There is no better way to experience nostalgia than riding on a historic train. If you are anywhere near eastern New Hampshire, the Conway Scenic Railroad will be worth your time. Be sure to take pictures and enjoy the view during your trip through the forests and valleys of Conway.
