Learn about wolves and see them up close.
The Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center is located in central Colorado, west of Colorado Springs. They offer guided educational tours to help guests learn about wolves, coyotes, and foxes. Tours are offered Tuesday through Sunday at various times. Standard tours last one hour, but they also have meet and greet encounters, feeding tours, full moon tours, and other experiences for guests.
This attraction offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all. Their mission is to educate the public about wolves and their role in the ecosystem. The center houses and takes care of several resident wolves, coyotes, and red foxes that cannot live in the wild. Peak tourist season is from May to early September, so plan to come during the off-season or during the weekdays if you want to see fewer crowds. If you love learning about wildlife and are visiting Colorado, you won't want to miss a chance to visit the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center.
