Take a guided fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico.
Big Mother Bay Fishing takes small groups all around the bay waters surrounding South Padre Island, Texas. Visitors can try their hand at catching reds, trout, snook, and various other fish. Captain Kevin takes groups of four to five people to some of the best fishing spots and shares tips to help make everyone's trip productive and positive. This fishing excursion is available year-round, and Captain Kevin is a U.S.C.G. licensed and Texas-registered fishing guide in the Lower Laguna Madre Bay.

You should also bring sunglasses, sunblock, a hat, comfortable clothing, and non-marking shoes. Visitors can try various techniques, including using artificial lures or live bait. You can also try drift fishing, bottom fishing, jigging, spinning, popping, and more. Kevin has coolers on board to keep your drinks cold, and he also provides water. All visitors 17 years and older need a fishing license, and anyone age 13 and under must wear a life vest for the entire trip. Big Mother Bay Fishing allows all anglers on board, whether you're new to the sport or have done it for years.
