Zoo Knoxville

Zoo Knoxville used to be called The Knoxville Zoo. It is a magical place where the animals are happy and healthy. All animals have lots of room to play, with plenty of space for privacy, and are given room to grow with enrichment activities designed just for them. With 800 animals to see, visitors can make it a full day. Some activities that visitors can do include The Animal Encounters, Bedtime with the Beasts, Behind-the-Scenes Tours, and the Night Safari. Don't miss out on riding the Fuzzy-Go-Round Carousel or try the Navitat Zipline Canopy Adventure. They also have a Zoo Choo Train and Zoo Camp.

Zoo Knoxville Members can enjoy free admission. Regular admission prices are as follows: Adults $24, Children (3 - 12) $19.95, Senior (65+) $19, College Students $19, and children 2 and under are free. The Zoo uses the funds to nurture and maintain the animals and the facilities and support conservation efforts inside the zoo and around the world. Zoo Knoxville is open daily from  9 am to 5 pm except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day). The zookeepers give many educational presentations about the animals.
