The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Hours are from 10 am to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday. It is also open Monday, and Wednesday from 10 am to 5 pm. When visiting the museum in person, visitors can walk through art exhibits that feature American art collections, photography, liturgical objects, and more. This museum displays a wide variety of cultures, artifacts, and sculptures.
The Nelson-Atkins Museum hosts various events and festivals annually, including the Deaf Cultural Festival, Passport India, Juneteenth, Dia de Los Muertos, and more. Fining dining is also located on-site at the Rozzelle Court Restaurant, which is open for lunch from 11 am to 2 pm. Members and visitors with museum tickets are welcome to enjoy artful cuisine here. However, non-ticketed guests are not allowed in the restaurant. The Nelson-Atkins museum store and on-site public library are also located in the Bloch Lobby and are open during regular museum business hours.
