Visit Utah's first state park and the oldest government building.

Territorial Statehouse State Park Museum is located in central Utah, in the lovely town of Fillmore. Drive southbound on Interstate-15, take exit 167, take a left-hand turn at Cedar Mountain Road. Take a drive down Mainstreet, then right unto 100 S. Coming from the north, take exit 163, take a right onto Highway 99, then down to Mainstreet, then onto 100 south. The museum is open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. This state park features a museum store, auditorium, two restored log cabins, Old Rock Schoolhouse, American Rose Society Garden, and picnic tables. Lodging, camping, and dining are all located nearby. Entrance fees are very reasonable and subject to change. To reserve activities for family and youth groups, $100 reservations are required. Groups can participate in fun, challenging tasks and dive deep into the life of the pioneers.

Experience the pioneer life through hands-on activities. This history site offers youth, family, and group programs. Participants can face the challenge of cabin building, pioneer tasks, and trades. A water challenge, Zion's challenge scavenger hunt, dances, croquet games, rolling hoops, and stilts can all be found here. Visitors who come will learn all about the fascinating history located here. The Daughter of Utah pioneer program inspired the museum. The building hosts artifacts, pioneer tools, photographs, artwork, trade working tools, military weapons, jail cell, Native American artifacts, and more. This building once served as the first state capital of Utah. The building once held a legislative session before the capital building was moved to the Salt Lake area. This is a rich historical site that absolutely everyone will enjoy.
