Let your children learn and grow through interactive play at this museum.
St. George Children's Museum is geared towards children and is an incredible place to play, explore, imagine, and learn. The unique exhibits here allow families to interact and connect with each other. Some exhibit rooms include the Lending Library, where visitors can leave a book and take a book. The Kids at Work exhibit features farm life and how food gets from the farm to the table. In the Transportation Room, children can pretend to be pilots or auto mechanics. The lower floor includes a Prehistoric Place and a magic castle where young ones can battle dragons and dress up in royal attire. There is a bank, grocery store, government office, theater, and several other areas for kids to explore as well.
Parents are encouraged to stay with their children, and children need to be dressed appropriately. Strollers are highly discouraged due to limited room. Outside food or drink is prohibited, except for water. Hours are Thursday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. The children's museum hosts events, activities, music lessons, and storytimes for little ones to enjoy. If you are searching for a place in St. George for your kids to get their energy out, head to this museum.
