Mountain Lake Campground and Cabins

Mountain Lake Campground is located in West Virginia, off the shores of Summerville Lake. The campground is open for camping during all seasons. A variety of camping areas are provided to fit all needs. Campground areas are divided into sections to accommodate RVs, cabins, yurts, and tents. RV sites have hookups, electricity, and water. A dump station is provided. Guests may receive a dump service and tow service from the friendly staff for a small fee. Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out is at noon. Cabins require a minimum of a two-night stay,  and they also require guests to bring all linens including bedding, towels, rags, pillows. Lakefront cabins are equipped to sleep six people and have a few kitchen appliances provided, along with dishes. Cozy Cabins, Hilltop Cabins, and yurts require you to bring all kitchen items and linens, as well. Reservations must be made by an adult 21 or older. Cancelation up to 14 days prior to reservation is allowed. Check into cabins starting at 4 pm check out is at 11 am. Tent sites are available around the camping areas, and numerous tent sites are available to fit all needs. Water taps, bathhouses, coin-operated laundry, and electricity is all available. Reservations include most activities and all paid guests must wear wristbands while at the campground. Included activities include jumping pillow, movies, the pool, the beach, and a playground. Other activities may require additional fees, such as the mini-golf course, mining sluice, and more. Other helpful amenities at Moutain Lake campground include a pet-friendly environment, boat dock, boat and RV storage, golf cart rentals, tank service, a pizza shop, the country store, dump services, laundry facilities, bathhouses, and after-hours security.
