Land of Make Believe opened in 1954 and has continued to grow in popularity ever since as generations come back again and again to enjoy the fun rides, food, and activities that aim to please! Every visitor enjoys the water entertainment activities, but the park does cater mostly to families and children under 13 years of age and for parents to be able to participate with their children. The founder of Land of Make Believe designed and built the area to keep parents or caregivers the opportunity to participate and be kids again as well. They have many water slides, a lazy river, a train, a carousel, a castle, cars, dragons, a tilt-a-whirl, airplanes, a Ferris wheel, and more. They also have carnival-style games and live farm animals such as goats, cows, sheep, turkeys, and chickens. Throughout the park are some fun photo-ops. The food is amazing as well! Meals such as fries, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, and nuggets, plus sweet treats like ice cream, popcorn, soda, caramel corn, and cotton candy can be enjoyed here.

This iconic amusement park is open on weekends only from Memorial Day through the 3rd week in June and is open every day from the end of June to Labor Day. Open from 10 am - 6 pm. Check the prizes on the website for sales and specials. They also have season passes and day passes available.
