Cumberland Caverns is located in McMinnville, Tennessee and is open daily from 9 am - 5 pm. It is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. There is much to see here, there are 32 miles of caverns here. Cumberland Caverns is a National Natural Landmark and show cave. Not only does it have the largest underground rooms in America, it is the second longest cave in Tennessee and is one of the longest in the United States and in the world.

You can choose from several options to explore if you are visiting the caverns, such as walking tours, daytime caving tours, and overnight caving tours. Cumberland Caverns also hosts "Cumberland Caverns Live" events where various bluegrass music artists perform from 333 feet below the surface to put on Cavern Concerts. Feel free to visit anytime, the caverns are open year-round. Keep in mind that the walking surfaces are uneven and if you do take any of the tours, you may get a bit dirty.
