Visit this quirky roadside attraction in Texas.
Cadillac Ranch is located at 13651 I-40 Frontage Road in Amarillo. Take exit 60 off the freeway and follow the frontage road on the southside for about one mile. Cadillac Ranch will be on the right. You can park on the side of the road and enter through the gate. Admission is free, and leashed pets are welcome to come with you. This roadside attraction is a quirky and truly American art form. An artist from San Francisco created the attraction to cause a baffling effect on visitors.
Here you will find ten Cadillacs that have been buried in the ground, nose-first with the tail end facing up. The artist designed the art form in a similar angle as the Great Pyramids in Giza. Many visitors have come to the attraction from around the world. It has become an iconic road trip stop and is a fun place to take a picture. Be sure to stop by if you're in the area.
