The Lake Scott State Park is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds. You can reserve a campsite and enjoy your time fishing, boating, canoeing, and swimming at the lake. There are a number of hiking trails nearby for visitors too. Breathe in the fresh air and observe the local wildlife such as deer, beaver, and wild turkeys on your hikes. If you’re an equestrian, there is also a horse camp area available and you can take the trails while horseback riding. Holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends require guests to purchase 3 to 4-day camping reservations.
