At the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Three Springs is a beautiful wooded area close to many attractions.
Three Springs Campground welcomes RVs, campers, tent camping, and rents rustic cabins. Campsites have back-in gravel parking, shady trees, and grassy areas. They now have 2 story cabins, either Pop's Lodge or Mack's place. The cabins are a great option if you have a large group or need more room. Combined, the cabins can sleep up to 34 guests. There are electric and water hookups and a dump station by the entrance of the campground. Each site has a picnic table and a fire ring.
It is only 10 miles south of the Ark Encounter and has a museum nearby if you want to enjoy other activities while you're camping. The lodge has showers and restrooms, plus a laundry room. A pool is also available for guests as an additional amenity; it opens at 10 am. The campground has 3 spring-fed streams, and the owner has earned awards for camper's choice and hospitality. The office is located at the entrance, and there is a store where you can purchase firewood. Camp owner Rachael Poole will have the wood delivered to your site each night. Dogs are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry friends along with you. They just installed a new playground too. Call or book online for your upcoming adventure.
