Newport Aquarium

Visit one of the best aquariums on the Pacific Coast.

With over 90 wildlife species and 12 major exhibits, the Newport Aquarium is a great place to visit. Come and have fun with the whole family or stop for a date night. The animals are well cared for and the fish tanks and exhibits are clean. All the different enclosures are themed and feature wildlife such as turtles, a huge octopus, and eels. There are 3 different interactive touch pools filled with starfish, sea urchins, horseshoe crabs, cow nose stingrays, and sharks. There is also a penguin experience if you want to book a time to meet the penguins. Don't miss out on the huge fish tank tunnels where you are literally walking underneath sharks and other sea creatures swimming nearby.

They have great displays and plenty of places to take some awesome photos with your family or friends. Don't miss the rope walkway across a huge fish tank. The Newport Aquarium is open 365 days a year, from 10 am to 6 pm. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome and if you need to borrow a wheelchair, they are available for free on a first come first serve basis. There are ramps, wide walkways, and elevators on each floor, making it ADA accessible for guests.
