Take a stop in Santa Cruz, California where you will experience a mystery that defies the laws of science.
The Mystery Spot is located in the redwood forests barely outside of Santa Cruz. You will take a 45 minute guided tour through a building that seems to defy all the laws of physics. This is a place you have to see to believe. The building was found back in 1939 and has been open to the public since 1940. Nobody really knows who built this place or the origins behind it, but it is sure to wow you as you walk through. Some say that strong magnetic fields in the area caused this spot to be this way, others say it is the inside of an alien spacecraft. Whatever the cause, what makes this natural phenomenon so perplexing is that your perception of height and balance will be completely altered when you’re inside the mystery spot. This is a spot that you won’t soon forget once you take a tour.
The Mystery Spot is open every day of the year. There is a $5 parking fee as you enter and they strongly recommend purchasing tickets to the main attraction online. You can purchase tickets once you get there, but they only accept cash or check if you buy them in person. Also, be sure to plan ahead since the Mystery Spot tours require groups to arrive 30 minutes prior to their tour time.
