Raging Rivers Waterpark

This neat water park features lazy rivers, tube slides, speed slides, a water play area, concessions, and more.

Raging Rivers Water park is run by Madans Park District and has a lazy river, tube and speed slides, a kiddie pool play area, a bathhouse, a rental area, and concessions. Raging Rivers is located at 2600 46th Avenue SE Mandans. Visitors can access the park from Interstate 94 using exit 156. Coming from the West, drive to City Center, turn right onto Makenzie Drive, and then turn right to 46th Avenue. From the East, take exit 156 left unto West Bismarck drive Mackenzie Drive ramp and turn onto 46. The water park is open during the summer months from noon to 7 pm. Day passes and seasonal passes are available. A day pass for non-swimmers is also available. 

Upon entering with young children, their height will be measured. Any child measuring less than 48 inches will be given a special color wristband. Some tube slides and speed slides and are prohibited for children under 48 inches to ride. Guardians who disregard this rule will be given one warning. Proper swimwear is required; nobody can wear street clothes. Swimsuits may be one or two pieces but cannot have any buttons, zippers, rivets, snaps, etc. Eyeglass clips are highly encouraged. Glass clips are available to purchase at guest services. Life jackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons are welcome to bring a life jacket, but it must be coast guard approved. Guest may not bring their own pool toys, tubes, or balls. Tubes are available at the park. The park offers a concession stand called the Sandbar. Food options include hamburgers and cheeseburgers, fries, hot dogs, chicken strips, combo meals, pizza, nachos, candy, and more. Drink options include bottled water, Pepsi products, and Gatorade. Ice creams and Italian ice are also very popular options. Come here to enjoy some fun in the sun!
