Otherworld

Tour this colorful museum filled with LED lights and illusions.

Artists have created an interactive experience within a 32,000 square foot building in Columbus, Ohio. The artists consisted of sculptors, graphic designers, animators, and others. With their use of different entertainment mediums, guests are immersed into an alternate reality as they explore the mysterious playground for all ages. These “otherworld” exhibits question the logic of science and introduce guests to the world of fantasy, sometimes mixing the two platforms. With 54 projectors, 47 rooms, and 190,000 LED lights, all guests are sure to have a unique and exciting visit to this non-traditional museum.

This facility hosts regular community events such as field trips, concerts, and even small-scale arts and craft classes. Buying tickets in advance is highly recommended. Some additional attractions here include a theater, escape room, and haunted house. A majority of the building is wheelchair accessible. Their hours are Thursday through Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm and Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 10 am to 8 pm.
