Learn about the Kelton family and explore their 19th century home in Ohio.
The Kelton House Museum & Garden is located off of Interstate 71, just south of the Columbus Museum of Art. This historic Italianate-style home was built in 1852 and it features about 80% of the original family furnishings inside. The Kelton's were against slavery and they played a part in the Underground Railroad. Guided tours of this home are available Monday through Saturday. Each tour begins at the top of the hour, so please arrive 5 minutes early. The Kelton House is closed on major holidays and throughout the month of January.
