Mount Pleasant Pier is stunning! People enjoy the views, jogging, cycling or even working out on the lawn areas. There is plenty of walking room with lots of benches, covered pavilions, harbor views, and great fishing. The area is beautifully maintained and visitors can see Yorktown in the distance. There is a great kid's park with toys and a gift shop that sells souvenirs, food, bait, and fishing licenses. The pier is 1,250 feet long! Pets are not allowed on the pier so be prepared. Service animals are welcome! The photography opportunities are endless!
Mount Pleasant Pier's hours are from 8 am - 10 pm in the winter and from 6 am - 10 pm in the summer months. Visit this clean, beautiful pier when close to South Carolina for a well-deserved break, you will enjoy the beauty!
