Montgomery Zoo & Mann Wildlife Museum

Enjoy spending quality time with friends and family at the Montgomery zoo.

See wildlife animals from five different continents at the Montgomery Zoo. Included in your ticket is access to the wildlife learning museum, petting zoo, parakeet cove, and more. Guests can see various wildlife exhibits featuring exotic animals like capybara, spiker monkeys, ring-tailed lemurs, pygmy hippos, Canadian lynx, alligators, cheetahs, and Bengal tigers. Daily lion training sessions start at 1:30 pm at the Asian area right behind the aviary and cafe.

The wildlife learning museum is on the west side of the main zoo entrance, past the playground and petting zoo. It features animals from North America such as deer, bears, foxes, and skunks. You can also see fossils from saber tooth tigers, wooly mammoth tusks, and other ancient artifacts as you look around. Several touch and feel displays will keep young kids entertained too. These family-friendly attractions are open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, with the last admission at 4 pm. Admission is less than $20 per adult, and children 2 and under are free.
