Kemah Boardwalk is located 30 miles southeast of downtown Houston. This 60-acre amusement park has great amenities and is located along Galveston Bay. It is home to 12 well-known waterfront restaurants, kiosks, and a dinner cruise yacht. Please note that outside food and drinks are prohibited. The theme of the Kemah Boardwalk is seafood and marine life. Guests can enjoy specialty shopping along the boardwalk; there truly is something for everyone to enjoy here.
The Kemah Boardwalk is home to live entertainment with summer concerts, holiday festivals, and other special events. This Boardwalk features a two-story carousel, balloon wheels, and other thrilling amusement park rides. Kemah Boardwalk is open daily; however, some hours may change due to events, weather, or for any other reason. The Kemah Boardwalk also has an onsite hotel if you're interested in extending your stay. The park is wheelchair accessible but does not provide any wheelchair rentals.
