Eckert's Orchard

This orchard is owned by a family of fruit growers that share their knowledge and many years of experience with the public. The farm is so beautiful and entertaining in a natural way. Your visit and participation are educational as well as enjoyable. Eckert's Orchard is open from May through the beginning of November each year. They grow strawberries, peaches, apples, blackberries, 30 varieties of apples, and pumpkins. It is fun for everyone to pick out fresh fruit, take it home, and enjoy a naturally sweet treat.

The farm is beautifully kept and has a children's play area featuring a 90-foot giant slide and a three-story treehouse. They also have a corn maze, tractor rides, and entertainment like rat races and gem mining. Enjoy some great food and desserts in the Red Apple Barn and shop in the country store for delicious apple cider, donuts, and fun gifts. Eckert's Orchard is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. If you love farmer's markets, stop by this lovely family orchard the next time you visit Kentucky.
