Enjoy live music concerts and fun events at this downtown Milwaukee park.
Cathedral Square Park is located in the eastern part of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This city park hosts several events and regular activities, including Jazz in the park, Bastille Days, Firkin Fest, and seasonal markets. Jazz in the park is held every Thursday from mid-July through early September from 6 pm to 9 pm. All visitors are welcome to listen to free live music performances. Happy hour starts at 5 pm, so come early and have a good time with your friends and family. If you're visiting in the summer, try to plan your vacation around the annual Bastille Days Festival, which typically occurs around mid-July. This is one of the nation's largest French celebrations, and you can expect to have live music and enjoy a variety of French and Cajun cuisine at the park during this multi-day festival.
Saturday markets are also held at the park from July to October. Several different vendors sell things such as fresh produce and handmade crafts at these markets. Anyone visiting Milwaukee can get a glimpse into the area's culture by visiting Cathedral Square Park. If you're passing through the dairy state, don't hesitate to make a pit stop in Milwaukee.
