Explore ASU's incredible art museum.
The ASU Art Museum has ceramics, media, crafts, prints, and other forms of artwork. Check out the permanent gallery and pottery collection featuring over 12,000 objects and changing exhibits that reflect several subjects, such as current artists, past artists, and political events. The building is fascinating with the use of concrete, the layout, and the long corridors. There are different levels of galleries, sculpture courts, and seating areas, and the building's lighting is used skillfully with skylights and large windows throughout the museum.
The ASU Art Museum has free admission, but donations are welcome and can be left next to the reception desk. There are plenty of water fountains and a gift shop with all locally made pieces for sale. The ASU Art Museum was named "the single most impressive venue for contemporary art in Arizona" by Art in America Magazine. Come for a visit and see this impressive building and its fantastic artwork.
