Twin City Model Railroad Museum

Visit this fascinating museum full of detailed model and toy trains!

The Twin City Model Railroad Museum recently moved to its new space in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood. With 10,000 square feet, the museum now has the space to display touring layouts and to expand the toy train layout collection. They have many hands-on exhibits that cover the world of model railroading, toy train collecting, and railroad history. The museum has a wonderful book collection that is great for all ages. They have a large LEGO display, a reference library, and a fun gift shop! The museum hosts fun events such as Night Trains where the collection of model trains comes alive as the lights are turned down to showcase the buildings and street lights glow in the train displays. They also have circus trains, a large collection of train cars, wagons, events, and other circus collections as well!

The Twin City Model Railroad Museum is open Monday and Friday from 10 am - 3 pm, Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm - 5 pm. Adults are $10 (5 years and up), and children 4 and under are free! With family and group rates, the first two tickets are $10 a piece, with the rest of the group half off, up to 10 people.
