Splashway Campground is located in Sheridan, Texas. It is easy to get to from either Houston, Austin, or San Antonio. Splashway Campground is located next to Splashway Waterpark, and the campground is open year-round. There is a wide range of lodging options for visitors, including tent sites, luxurious cabins, RV sites, motorhomes, and pop-ups. There are several sites with electricity and hookups available. All campsites include a fire pit, access to restrooms, and showers. Dogs are welcome but must be accompanied and on a lease at all times. Check-in is usually at 3 pm and check out is at 2 pm, but cabins may have different check-in and check-out times.
The campground provides a variety of outdoor actives for the whole family. Reservations for activities can be made at Camp Store or Attraction Headquarters. Activities include an outdoor laser tag course, mini-golf course, water sports, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing, playgrounds, hiking, biking trails, picnic areas, and more. The campground hosts various weekend and seasonal events such as s’more making, movie nights, arts and crafts, holiday lights, fall festivals, wine walks, and more.
