San Clemente Beach Park is a great place to enjoy an outing with friends and family. Atop the sandstone bluffs, you can enjoy a picnic and soak in the view during a sunrise or sunset. If you want to extend your stay, you can book one of their tent campgrounds or RV sites. Other outdoor activities include surfing, swimming, fishing, and relaxing on the beach. San Clemente has very mild temperatures year-round, with highs around the 60s and 70s and lows around the 40s.
This park also has modern amenities such as restrooms, showers, and a visitor center. Be sure to explore the butterfly and multi-use trails and see the Historic Cottage. Inside the Historic Cottage, guests can learn about the history of San Clemente. This spot is also a scenic place to enjoy the sunset. San Clemente Beach Park is about halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego in Southern California.
