Explore Sturgeon Bay at this Wisconsin state park.
Potawatomi State Park is located northeast of Green Bay, Wisconsin. It encompasses 1,200 acres of rugged terrain featuring limestone cliffs and views of Sturgeon Bay. You are welcome to book one of their 100+ available campsites if you plan to spend multiple days at the park. There is also an ADA-accessible cabin near the southernmost campground, which can sleep up to six people and offers low kitchen countertops and a wheel-in shower. There is much to explore within the park with its nine miles of hiking trails and eight miles of mountain biking trails.
This state park is open daily from 6 am to 11 pm and is a great place to have a family picnic. Many picnic tables are located near the shoreline, and some are situated close to the playground in the second parking lot. At the southern end of the park, anglers (with current fishing licenses) can fish for trout, bass, and other species from the pier.
