Garfield Park Conservatory has one of the largest indoor greenhouses in the United States and also features 10 acres of outdoor gardens. Their conservatory is the perfect place for a stroll in the Windy City when it gets chilly. The Garfield Park Conservatory has been around since the early 1900s and is an educational and beautiful attraction. Plantlife you may see throughout their various gardens include palm trees, ferns, water lilies, aspen trees, succulents, and myriad flowers.
Popular points of interest include the City Garden, Palm House, Show House, and more. There are permanent and rotating exhibits to see throughout the year and admission is free for all guests. They are open Thursday through Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm and Wednesday from 10 am to 8 pm. Stop by the Garfield Park Conservatory and enjoy a breath of fresh air in this magnificent garden sanctuary.
