Take a stroll through the garden in Manti, Utah.
Pioneer Heritage Gardens is located off of US Highway 89 on the northern end of Manti, Utah. This garden covers over 2 acres of green space and features a reflecting pond, amphitheater, paved walkways, and stunning natural beauty. It was established to honor the pioneers who settled in central Utah and it is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Please note that bicycling and dog walking is not allowed in the garden.
Just north of the gardens is a city cemetery where many of the first settlers of Manti have been laid to rest. The Pioneer Heritage Gardens are a great place for pictures because it is set against the backdrop of the Manti temple, a historic building owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. If you're passing through central Utah, be sure to visit this lovely garden and learn about the early pioneers.
