Come and see a 300-piece collection of toys, games, and other trinkets.
This unique museum contains a variety of coin-operated games, toys, and attractions. Edward Zelinksy started his collection when he was eleven years old, which has grown to include over 300 items. It started when he won five quarts of oil, then sold it and received enough money to buy a penny skill game from a shop on Golden Gate Avenue. He used profits from this machine to further add to his collection. He continued to return to this same location before and after his service in World War II. The grand piece to his collection is a steam-powered motorcycle.
From games to musical instruments, to magic boxes, Edward shares his joy of nostalgic toys on Pier 45 in San Francisco Bay. The location is featured in Disney’s The Princess Diaries movie, which was shot around various locations in San Francisco, California.
