Enjoy this quaint park located near Green Harbor.
This park is perfect for a family outing while visiting Marshfield, Massachusetts. It has a great picnic area with shade coverings and plenty of benches. The park has a nice lawn area to play frisbee. Feel free to stroll along the Harbor Walk. It is only a mile long, and it connects Harbor Park to the Marshfield Town Pier, the Brant Rock Esplanade, and Peter Igo Park.
Harbor Walk is a wide concrete walkway that makes its way around the perimeter of Harbor Park. Because Harbor Park is right at the edge of Green Harbor, it is a great location for viewing shorebirds. The Green Harbor River water source comes from the springs and ponds in Duxbury. It is available for use from dawn to dusk, with a parking lot located across the street on Joseph Driebeek Way. The park is free to use, and the Harbor Trail is easy to walk. Dogs are welcome, and the views are fabulous.
