Fair Haven Beach State Park is located on the southeastern shores of Lake Ontario in upstate New York. Outdoor recreation such as swimming, biking, fishing, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, and picnicking are popular pastimes. Lifeguards are on duty covering 600 feet of shoreline during the summer. Guests are also welcome to rent a pavilion or cabin at this state park. Pavilions cost $50-$150 (accommodating 48-145 people), and vehicle entry fees apply.
Campsites range from $18-$28 per night, with an additional $5 nightly fee for out-of-state visitors. They have nearly 50 campsites with electricity hookups, over 100 campsites without electric hookups, plus 30 cabins with centralized restrooms and showers. Along with the myriad outdoor activities to choose from, you can also book a tee time at their 18-hole golf course. If you're visiting in the winter, you can come here for ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
