The new Travel Oregon Welcome Center in Ashland, Oregon, is one of eight welcoming visitor center rest stops. This one is located 12 miles North of the Oregon California border and is accessible from Interstate 5. This rest stop is open to the public Sundays through Thursdays from 9 am to 2:30 pm, and Friday and Saturdays from 9 am to 4:30 pm. This rest stop is very family-friendly and has easy accessibility for all needs, including clean restrooms, plush seats, free complimentary two-hour Wifi, and charging stations. Semi-trucks and commercial vehicles are prohibited, creating a safe area with plenty of parking. There are also private picnic areas, a children's play area, and walking trails nearby.
