This Sculpture Park and Nature Reserve is located on the San Juan Islands in Washington state. There are over 150 sculptures found in this park, which were made by internationally known sculptors. Founded in 1988, visitors can witness breathtaking art set against a natural background.
A unique feature is that the art rotates from month to month. There are new pieces of art on display so that guests can get a new experience every time they come. After about two years, many of the artworks are taken out of rotation and sold. This is a pet-friendly park where visitors are welcome to take pictures and sit down for a meal. There are many walking trails where you can explore the various art sculptures placed throughout the park. The San Juan Islands Sculpture Park and Natural Reserve is open all day, every day, year-round, making it convenient for anyone to visit whenever they like.
