This sea turtle rehabilitation center has been serving and educating the community about the importance of aquatic conservation since 1983.

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is an aquatic life lovers’ dream and can be found in Juno Beach, Florida. This important establishment takes in sick and injured sea turtles and helps rehabilitate them and has maintained the goal to educate the public about ocean conservation since 1983. The facility has undergone massive renovations over the years to better serve the animals that are taken care of here. The center has advanced technology and resources to rehabilitate turtles and they get released back into the ocean as soon as they are medically cleared. Visitors can come to see the turtles that are recovering in their tanks and even see them be released back to the ocean if you’re in town on one of those special days!

The Loggerhead Marinelife Center does incredibly important work for conserving these important species and providing invaluable information and resources to the public. There are exhibits with other marine life that visitors can observe, the center holds events and programs for people of all ages, and there are also opportunities to adopt a sea turtle to ensure its able to get the care it needs during its rehabilitation journey! The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is open every day from 10 to 5 and is free to visit, though donations are greatly appreciated and help the center continue its vital mission.
