Visit the only naturally occurring warm spring in Florida.
Florida is generally known for its freshwater springs; however, there is one place in southern Florida with a naturally occurring warm spring. Since the water has been trapped for thousands of years, this geological formation is a natural marvel. Scientists believe that the spring developed due to a sinkhole at least 30,000 years ago. The spring is full of minerals such as sulfur, various salts, and magnesium, and many come here to take advantage of its healing properties.
The spring maintains a temperature of 85 degrees, making it an ideal area to visit in the cooler winter months. They also offer spa services throughout the park, such as massages and anti-aging facials. Warm Mineral Springs is on the national register of historic places. Guests can either bring their own towels or purchase them at the park. Admission rates for out-of-state visitors are $20 for adults, $15 for youth, and free for children up to five years old. Take your southern Florida vacation to the next level with a visit to Warm Mineral Springs Park.
