The Shoshone Falls are a breathtaking sight to see in Twin Falls, Idaho. It also happens to be one of the largest natural waterfalls in the United States. Believe it or not, it is bigger than Niagara Falls. Shoshone Falls stands at 212 feet tall and 900 feet wide.
Springtime is the best season to see Shoshone Falls because of the large volume of water flowing from the surrounding mountains. Parking is available all year round except on the days when road conditions are not suitable for safe traveling. There is a parking fee from May to September. Park hours are from dawn until dusk. This is a must-see if you’re traveling through Idaho.
